Wow, that went quick. January 2015 is nearly over. In Australia, we’ve just celebrated Australia Day which flags the end of the Xmas holiday season. Most people Down Under have returned from long, languid summer holidays, cleaned the beach sand off their feet and returned to work. The work year has begun.
How about the NYE resolutions you made a few weeks ago? Did you include one to write your book this year? I know I did. It will be my 4th title. I’ve set myself June 21st as a deadline. What’s yours? There are 2 things that every writer knows. To write a book you need 2 things. A deadline and motivation to keep going.
So. How to write a book. That’s a big question with a lot of answers. Regular readers now that the point of this blog is to help you write your first book and join the eBook Revolution. It’s a question I’m asked often and attempt to answer in this blog. How do you write a book?
Last year, I took a different approach to that question.. The feedback I was getting from articles I’d written on writer’s block made it clear. The question should be not how to write a book, but how to keep going once you’ve started. How to keep motivated and finish and publish your book.
So, that’s how the idea for my last eBook ‘My Writer’s Manifesto’ was born. I wanted to help writer’s just like you find some motivation each day to keep going.
